Prices: Prices charged in CZK. The price includes breakfast, VAT and local fees. Should a reservation increase any fee or tax, the contractual price will be increased by the relevant difference. Should some taxes or fees increase during the term of the contract, prices will be increased by the relevant price difference. Price in EUR is indicative only, the resulting EUR price is determined by billing, the price in EUR is paid to the hotel’s EUR account. The conversion fee charged by Komerční banka, a.s. may be charged for EUR payments. Any bank fees related to financial transactions and currency conversions are borne by the payer.

Children discounts system: Children up to 6 years free of charge in their parents’ room without bed, including breakfast, cot available if required, 50% discount for children 6 – 11 years.

Passenger car and motorbike parking: in hotel garage EUR 8,-/day, in front of the hotel free of charge

Pets: EUR 12,- / per night

Cancellation terms and conditions for:
Individual guests: No cancellation fee for cancellations more than 24 hours before the arrival date. From 24 hours to the arrival date, 100% cancellation fee from first night accommodation amount.

Check-in: Possible from 2 p.m. Please inform hotel reception desk about earlier arrivals at least one day in advance – subject to avaibility.

Check-out: By 11 a.m.; later check-out upon request (may not be allowed).

Guaranteed reservation: The hotel keeps the accommodation until 6 p.m. on the arrival date; then, the accommodation capacity is offered for sale again. Please advise us about later arrivals one day in advance. Reservation orders must indicate credit card No. (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club) to charge for “NO SHOW” cancellation fee.

Damage liability: Customers shall be responsible for damage incurred to property owned by Bellevue hotel Karlov Services, s.r.o. as well as for theft, destruction or loss by the customer’s clients. Bellevue hotel Karlov Services, s.r.o. shall have the right to charge damage incurred by NO SHOW through the Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card whose number was indicated in the order of services. The Customer has the right to lodge a claim for the payment within 15 days of the payment of damage incurred.

For the resolution of potential legal disputes arising from these contractual conditions, the exclusive jurisdiction of Czech courts under the provisions of Czech law has been agreed upon under the jurisdiction of the court.

Bellevue hotel Karlov Services, s.r.o., as the accommodation provider, is providing the accommodated guests with the following pieces of information:

b) accommodation provider´s main subject of enterprise: rendition of accommodation services;

c) specification of the services: the accommodation provider arranges for accommodation and for services related to accommodation on behalf of the accommodated guests subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in a written accommodation contract;

d) price of the provided service: the total price of the services rendered is in the order form. This price includes any and all additional taxes and charges;

e) method of payment and method of performance: the accommodated guest shall provide all payments agreed in the accommodation contract in cash or through a noncash transaction crediting the accommodation provider´s bank account whose number and variable symbol will be communicated to the accommodated guest by the accommodation provider in writing;

f) cost of remote communication: the costs associated with any means of remote communication shall be determined by the entities providing services employing such remote communication means and these costs shall not differ from their standard rates;

g) data concerning the existence, methods and conditions governing out-of-court settlements of consumer complaints, inclusive of the information on whether it is possible to seek assistance from a supervisory body:

h) In conformity with the provision § 1837 item j) of Civil Code, no right of withdrawal from the accommodation contract shall arise for the accommodated persons as consumers as long as the accommodation facility provides the contractual performances within the designated deadlines;
